For this historic 1900s two-story home and extended garage, Ryan Construction helped our clients with their exterior renovation. First, we replaced all dry rot with new woods, repaired stucco damage, and power-washed the house. Next our team scraped, sanded, spackled, and caulked where appropriate. Then we applied an oil-based primer and repainted the house in an historic color scheme.

We removed the old rusty entry, designed and built two new brick columns that supported a new iron gate, which first was dipped in a rust-free coating and then a powder-coating matte finish that will prevent future corrosion. We also installed a low voltage, motorized energy-efficient electrical system. The result, a new exterior with a secured gate.
